It's really sad looking back at this, knowing that it's the people he was arguing against who would actually win the ideological battle within the Republican Party.

That's Colin Powell endorsing Obama over McCain, saying he liked both men but had concerns about the direction his party was taking by nominating Sarah Palin and trying to paint Obama as a Muslim terrorist. The best bit of that video is at 4:30.
"The correct answer is 'He is not a Muslim,' he's a Christian... but the really right answer is 'What if he is?' Is there something wrong with being a Muslim in this country?"
