OMG. I've got it.

I've got the perfect topic.

"Reasons Why Dad Never Came Back When He Left To Buy a Pack of Cigarettes."

It can literally be ANY genre.

It is hard to edit from my phone so I'm not thumbing or updating the list yet, but these are great! As per aviel's suggestion, you will be able to vote on literally as many of these as you want.

Okay, the poll options are up! You may vote for as many as you'd like. You are allowed to change your vote if you genuinely change your mind upon further reflection, please do not abuse this. This poll will close on Thursday, October 12th, at 11:59 PM EDT.

Results are in, and the winner by a radioactive hair is post-apocalyptic/dystopic!

I'll try and have a post up very soon with the guidelines for this contest, but if you want to get a headstart on writing now, go nuts. The short and dirty version is, society/the world/the universe has fallen apart and come back wrong. 4,000 words maximum, three picture maximum, follow the normal TCS rules, and the official writing contest post will be up soon!
