For me, it's like meditation turns off all the bullshit rattling around in my head, and I don't have to think, which means I don't have to worry, I don't have to feel guilt or regret or be angry about something that happened in the past, I don't have to try to justify my existence, I get to just purely exist, and meditation makes me feel like that's a
completely okay thing to do, like nothing else in my life. Except gardening, maybe.
What I wonder from time to time, is if life itself an abomination against the perfect order of inanimate matter, and if so, can life only evolve to ever more abominable forms?
