So I doubt I'm the only one who could stand to lose a pound or two. Or twenty. So let's lose weight together, yay!
I'm not going to start until Tuesday because Monday is Memorial Day and a day of mass consumption. I've done the Body for Life program before I am unsure if I'm going to do that this time or not. The last time I did it it helped a lot. I guess I'll start working out again as well on Tuesday.
I know weight and all is super personal so if it is uncomfortable for you to post anything, don't. I will be posting a starting weight and some measurements Tuesday and then once weekly to chart progress. Remember, I will be cheering you on!
