That sounds like a Clickhole article.

Throw in a picture of sexy, sexy Bruce and this would be a clickhole piece.

It is exactly a Clickhole piece. That said, man, the comment section is SAVAGE on this article and I don't get it, I thought it was pretty amusing actually. Even if it really is kind of a rip-off of an entire competing site's schtick.

The article was just weird, but I kind of want the Intergalactic Empress Gown. I'm far too frumpy to pull that look off, and I doubt I'd ever have any occasion to wear it.

But how could you not want to have something in your wardrobe that could reasonably be referred to as your "Intergalactic Empress Gown?" Seriously.

I want that one also.

At first glance it seems like this article is a Clickhole style article, but at the same time it seems to be a point about rich people. It doesn't really work, although I'm not able to explain why it doesn't. Perhaps the issue is this isn't the type of content we except from Cracked, so absurdism seems out of place.

I think the problem with this article is it's basically one of those Clickhole articles that only has one joke, but far too long. If Clickhole had done an article with this title, it would be like 5 dresses, and one of them would be the supermarket one which breaks the trend. Whereas this just goes on way too long - the same joke repeated 4 or 5 times can be kind of funny, but not 24 times.

That's why I stopped doing the robot joke after three posts. Oh shit! They'll realize I'm a robot! Quick, do something human-like! *burps* Nailed it!
