I've never really cared for Cracked's round-up articles, as I just never found them very entertaining, but I don't see any issue with them doing it. This isn't new, though I think they did stop doing them for a long time, so it may be the first round up in a long while (not sure, I don't really much read Cracked anymore).
As for the comments, I'm 99% certain that there's something in their TOS (that thing you agree to when you sign up for an account) that says anything you post to the site they own, or can at least re-use, royalty free, as they see fit. That includes comments, forum posts, etc. So I don't have any issue with them using comments in and of itself, but it does feel a little... two-faced given their very public disdain of the comment section.
Side note: Why is the "The 17 Creepiest Sexual Subcultures Around the World" article (or I guess photoplasty) featured twice (#10 and #6)? Anyone know? Cause I'm just confused by that.
