Would people be interested in another Mafia game sometime in the not too distant future?

If anyone already on the list is up for GMing it, let us know! Or Marcuse and I have some ideas.

Of course we wouldn't run it right at the same time as Nox's game - or at least stagger the starts; we did use to run mafia plus one other so we could do that again if people want.

I have several games all planned out, and would love to GM a game. I've been playing for years.

You'll like the one we're planning, Andro.

Anyone here up for a simple Risk/Diplomacy-type game? We could play the regular Diplomacy map or something smaller in scale, like the Seahall map in Landrule.

I don't really want to run it as I have irregular work hours and no experience running these games, but I think it'd be quite fun with a bunch of slippery backstabbers like you lot.

Did a fish just call me slippery?

I guess this means I should stop coating my entire body in vaseline, then, doesn't it?

All right, it's time for Werewolf. I'm going to make the sign up post and we'll get underway shortly. I don't anticipate it lasting a very long time so Carrie and Marcuse can jump in pretty quick like when it's over. Sound good?

Well we don't have a date set, and it may be a while before both of us have the free time, so consider ours on hold for the time being.

Werewolf sounds great (though a game about holy cats would also be interesting. You know how I like cats). I shall watch it with interest.

I'd like to do a Buffy the Vampire themed (mafia?) game, set with the characters of season 5/6 (but no Dawn or Riley) with optional previous characters (like Cordelia or Oz or Faith or Angel- hey, love triangle with Spike possible for Buffy) and new characters for people to create. I've never run one of these games, though, so I'd need help.

That sounds kewl. Would you want to do a mafia style game or a game more like this or this?

I'd be happy to help, if I can. I haven't gm'd a mafia game, but I did gm the void game and its sequel.

I played Diplomacy ONCE. I spent longer reading the rules than we actually spent playing the game. That said, I feel like this could be a ton of fun so since werewolf is over I will research this and throw it together, maybe. I'll PM you if and when it gets ready.

I don't know, I need to figure out the difference between the types of games and that will probably happen tomorrow. A game without the death toll of the Wolves mafia would be great . . . what does an IC game mean (in character?)

I LOVE the GIF, by the way . . . that's from Something Blue, isn't it? That was a great episode, it was the first where Buffy and Spike were together, even if it was just a spell.
