Uh, who ever said anything about poking? There's no poking. They're going to cut you open with extremely sharp knives and remove your body parts.
I don't think organ donation should be mandatory because I think everyone has the right to decide what happens with their body, but I think a lot more people need to be convinced to donate.
In the US you're not allowed to give people financial incentive to donate. I'm not sure if that's good.
