Even Ohio sends out individual sample ballots. Ah but the state capital is blue so there ya go hey what's the capital of Texoooooh that's right, sorry. How... weird.

Is your voter registration up to date? Iirc we modified ours after moving even though we barely moved down the street. Maybe if your address is different and there was no registered voter living there they didn't sent a sample ballot, idk I see straws but I can't quite reach them.
