If anyone uses Verizon and has called their customer service line at any point within the last six months or so (though they don't know how long it has been happening), I would recommend changing your personal information, especially your PIN. They discovered last month -- and apparently subsequently fixed -- a leak that exposed the personal data of many millions of customers if they had called the service line within that estimated period of time.
So if you've called them, get on that. No one needs their identity stolen or some shit.
