AVATAR

Postby Nikkict » Fri May 20, 2016 12:39 am

This is my first thread ever! Hope I don't embaress myself.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to modify a picture to have a certain amount of pixels.. I would put the pics in question up here but I can't do that either!

If anyone could point me in the right direction, or just give me directions really, I would appreciate it

Oh, the picture I'm using and for the picture you want to use-

Find your picture or your choice and save it onto your computer. Take that picture you saved and open it (or copy it unto) the "Paint" accessory. Then resize and crop it to the appropriate size for upload as your avatar.

Safe-keeping:
Although, I will say this: In my mind, I would think that this disregard for who will be the next president in favor of some other principle is a great display of moral thinking but a poor display of strategic thinking.

Moral Thinking here is: denying power to the well established and well monied who seem to be interested in subverting democracy for their purpose.

Strategic Thinking here is: Giving Donald Trump run the chance to be president.

I've said it somewhere before that Sanders was bad for politics, and my fear was that his supporters will have taken on the role of kingmakers. Not that I wouldn't vote for him.

Sorry for the delay. Basically what Krash said. On Windows you right click, then select edit. Click resize in the menu, then select "pixels" before entering something appropriate, while keeping your aspect ratio. Cropping may be necessary first.

Yeah in Paint there's a resize option that you can set the pixels to. Its how I've managed to make avatars. And I've made more than one!

Lazy wins it! Thank you everyone! Paint was being a pain..
I love the image resize site, but now I am on a resize spree for no real reason..
cmsellers: I just noticed your avatar was a bird, I swear I wasn't copying you! Mine is my *pet* wild robin with her mouth stuffed with as many worms as she could hold.. she kept trying to pick up more and dropping them all in the process, it reminded me so much of myself...
But if two birds is one too many I can totally change it!

Just use whichever avatar you want, dude. It doesn't really matter how many birds we have.

I'm not sure if I'm okay with so many bird avatars.
