Since Orange isn't here to verify I'll just offer my best guess that egg mayonnaise is like egg salad maybe? She mentioned Tuna mayonnaise in her OP and that's the conclusion I drew there. And if she's asking how to make egg salad more interesting... I have no idea. I hate the stuff.
