The State of The Forum

Discussion, in general

There is clearly still some problem with the reputation system. I have been several days ago and I still only have like 100 reputation points.

But if I upvote you, the fireworks will go away.

This is my 5000th post! Carp why aren't there fireworks for that too?
I'm not posting anything else all day, because I don't want to spoil it.

Either way, the solution is to give me more reputation points!

I only give reputation points to people who are creepy. That's why Sunglasses has so many. Anybody who hangs out with Corey Hart at night is creepy in my book.

99 Reasons 90's Kids Will Want To Check Out This New Feature

Postby HarpingCarp » Tue Mar 15, 2016 9:30 am

Have you ever fantasised about being in the midst of incomprehensible chaos? Have you ever tried coke? Have you ever wanted to be a part of something bigger, something more elegant than a gazelle leaping out of a stripper's butthole shaped out of cotton candy? Have you ever wanted a mostly snarky audience for your long winded, passionate, but surprisingly well thought out (only according to your mom) rants on the government, pretzels and day light savings?

Image

If you've answered yes or no to all or any of the above questions, then #TCSchat is definitely the place for you. We have a brand new page for our infamous IRC chat room, which can be found here: chat.php

You can also click on the "chat room" button above.

We've basically just embedded the KiwiIRC chat client right here in TCS, I don't know why we didn't think of it before. But here we are, you don't have to *shudder* use mibbit anymore. What a time to be alive.

Image

So check out the new chat page, and I don't know, drop by? Don't let me tell you how to live your life. It fills in your forum username automatically, what more do you need? You lazy bas pragmatic person you.

Please go rep aviel for putting in the work to make the page happen AND satan_n_stuff for suggesting this idea in the first place.

If I've got my maths right, that's barely 98 reasons.

Oh, wait, duh.

That would be the joke, yes.

Well, when a man and his hand have a mutual understanding that one will wash the other afterwards, they make time to walk into a private area or put on a Private's uniform - never both and never checking whether the stripes equate to the correct rank - and embrace in a stern but loving way to bring a mutual friend of the penile persuasion to fruition. To learn more, invest $35 in my new guide book, Ten Hard and Fast Rules To Achieving Selfsex. It has a hell of a climax.

JamishT was a heck of a guy,
With a devilish twinkle in his eye.
With his hand-picked flowers,
And his feel-good powers,
He made all the girls blush and sigh.

Call it the rise of Discord where you can share interests with a group without the whole world trying to look over your shoulder and get in your business and sell you shit you don't want.
