Wade. With Kennedy as the swing vote, the policy was basically to rule that every abortion restriction was compatible with Roe, but not overturn it (I think the only abortion restriction he ever struck down was spousal notification laws), so they need a policy so extreme that it can't be upheld without overturning Roe, and they're confident Roberts and Kavanaugh will both do that.
