I would suggest a kaiju movie, but I don't know of any that are public domain...I guess Pulgasari? The film was made by a South Korean director that Kim Jong-il kidnapped just to make it.

Has anyone suggested Mac and Me yet?

It's a hilariously awful movie full of terrible product placements. "Mac" is an ET rip off alien that's named after a burger for some reason. He saves children from drowning.

This is the only scene in the movie that is actually good non-ironically. However in the context of the rest of the movie it makes no sense at all.

How about the 1986 Animated Transformers: The Movie? I would love to spend an hour and a half giving long winded rants about the characters and proving my point that if Bay would've just made a live action version of this film, the Transformers movie brand would be way more respected.

For what it's worth, At War with the Army was very funny (except for The Phantom of the Opera, it's the only movie I recognized on the public domain list). I used to watch it with my grandpa. This is my favorite scene from the movie.

I did it, you guys.

I found the worst movie ever.

I haven't seen it yet. Actually, it hasn't even been released yet. I still feel confident in saying it's worse than both 9/11 and smallpox.

Just don't say it is worse than the Holocaust because it might offend the jews.

Adam Sandler is currently the only thing worse than the Holocaust.

JamishT was a heck of a guy,
With a devilish twinkle in his eye.
With his hand-picked flowers,
And his feel-good powers,
He made all the girls blush and sigh.

http://www.nowornever.org.uk/now-or-nevers-top-ten-offensive-films.html

Top of the list, a movie titled Ilsa She Wolf Of The SS (1974).

Spoiler: show
Ilsa She Wolf Of The SS, the most famous entry in the Nazisploitation genre, is an utterly irredeemable film on every level. A film that allocates much of it’s running time to salacious scenes of naked young women being tortured by SS officers in a prison camp setting, has to be cinema’s most shameful hour. Outrageously there is also a pseudo feminist storyline that Ilsa is trying to prove that women are just as tough as men. That the film is “dedicated with the hope that these heinous crimes will never occur again” makes the film even more crass and offensive. The film was a big hit on the grindhouse film circuit and spawned three milder sequels and many, mostly Italian, rip-offs (although 1968’s Love Camp 7 has the dubious honour of being the first sadistic Nazisploitation flick). Although an exploitation classic, Ilsa She Wolf Of The SS is in the worst possible taste and if you watch it you will feel dirty and squirm with your own self-loathing.

In other words, a porn featuring a literal feminazi. Can't go wrong.
