REEFER MADNESS

That would have been the perfect movie to play yesterday.

I feel like the public domain requirement might lead this rapidly down the road of MST3K. Sorry, I just can't sit through "Manos: The Hands of Fate" a second time.

There are plenty of wonderful films in the public domain! And not just bad-wonderful either! There are enough amazing movies on this list alone to keep us occupied for quite some time:

Let's watch the invasion of the body snatchers (the one from the 50's)! I found it once on youtube, it was kinda cool

A Bucket of Blood and Dementia 13 are both great... and it's not in public domain but if there was a way to make it work Eraserhead would be perfect.

Please no Reefer Madness. I've seen that so many times.

I've review the IMDb page and this is what I think:
I think And Then There Were None, Carnival of Souls, Death Rides A Horse, Faust.

what about Metropolis by Fritz Lang?

It's a classic for a reason, and it's in the public domain... that is, it's public domain everywhere else but in the US for another 10 years

Snow White, well because. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0029583/

Anything Vincent Price. "The Last Man on Earth" is "I Am Legend", by the way, the one done before "Omega Man".
